Here are the steps to the traditional set dance.
The format here is simply the words that were used to teach the steps in class, so it's helpful if you've already seen the dance taught.
Red text indicates the right foot,
blue text indicates the left foot, and
green text indicates both feet.
For hops, the foot indicated is the foot on the ground, not the foot being raised.
The step is danced twice: once on the right and then once on the left, so the feet indications should be reversed for the second time through. The set is danced just once.
